MANAGEMENT
Machines driven by computer-generated toolpaths, dimensional control within contractual tolerances, machine geometry rechecked every year with high-precision lasers.

01 Overhead cranes
Five overhead cranes cover the entire range of capacities required in the workshop, from fine handling to naval and railway blocks.

02 Presetting
Tool lengths, diameters and radii are measured off the machine with dedicated optical instruments: the CNC program starts already knowing what it will mount.
FINAL INSPECTION
Washing and packing.
03 Washing booth
Industrial booth with fume extraction and water recycling. Twelve metres of usable length to accommodate bulky components.
04 Packing
Barrier film, batch labels, traceability sheet. The part leaves the workshop only when it is ready for transport.
