Integrated anti-collision
Clamps and fixtures live in the drawing: the software automatically computes possible collisions between tools, holders, part and fixtures, raising an alarm before it becomes a machine-floor problem.

Custom tooling
Geometry, envelopes and silhouettes of every tool are modeled to fit. Collision math accounts for everything: cutting edge, shank and holder.
- 03 VISUAL
Heat-map of the cut
The software shows, in different colors per tool and operation, any unmachined areas or surface marks, before the part ever sees the machine.
